New NCPWB Technical Bulletin Explains How to Meet ASME Section IX Requirements

The National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau (NCPWB) has released a new Technical Bulletin that explains how to determine the number of test coupons required to meet the minimum weld length for radiographic examination under ASME Section IX.
