The MCAA Field Leaders Conference (FLC) provides those working in the field with the skills needed to be business and results oriented leaders who focus on growing company culture, brand and profits. During this two-day intensive course, attendees will learn from industry experts including facilitators who have been in their shoes and worked their way through the ranks to become successful business owners and from their peers from around the country as members of breakout session teams.

Your field leaders will learn to view themselves as professionals, the importance of the bottom line, the “smarter” way to work, the importance of customer relationships, their role as the face of your company and what it really means to be a great foreman.

This October, we are pleased to be hosting two FLCs so there is an opportunity for everyone to attend. We will be in Boston October 6 – 8 and in Seattle October 27 – 29. So, whether you’re closer to the east coast or west coast, there is a Field Leader’s Conference for you this fall!

This is an opportunity you don’t want to pass up. Check out the video to learn more about our FLC Faculty and to see what past attendees have to say.
