Event Registration FAQs

If you’re new to our event registration and online registration process, you may have questions. Fortunately, we’ve probably heard them before! Here are answers to the questions we receive frequently, and if you still need help please contact our event registration team at 301 869 5800 or eventregistration@mcaa.org. When will I receive confirmation of my registration?

You will receive a confirmation email for your event registration when you register. If you do not receive it, check your spam filter. Still don’t see it? Our event registration team would be happy to help! You can reach them at 301 869 5800 or eventregistration@mcaa.org.

When will I get my hotel confirmation?

The hotel will confirm your reservation shortly before the event. If you have not received your hotel confirmation and are concerned about the status of your reservation, please let us know! You can reach our event registration team at 301 869 5800 or eventregistration@mcaa.org.

I’d like to send a check for registration fees. Where should I send it?

Please mail your check and, as a favor to our accounting department, a copy of your registration form(s), to:

Your registration process will be completed once your check is received.

Can I reserve a spot even if we haven’t decided who from my company will attend?

Absolutely, but our online registration system can’t handle this as well as our events team. Please complete the PDF registration and payment forms included with the meeting information and efax them to 301 869 3520 or mail them to the address above.

I need to talk to someone—when is your office open?

Our office is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Our phone number is 301 869 5800.

What if I need to cancel?

Things happen and it is sometimes necessary to change your plans.  If so, MCAA’s event registration team is available to assist – by email to eventregistration@mcaa.org or by phone at 301 869 5800. And, remember substitutions are always welcome!

Will I have trouble checking in at the hotel if someone else put my registration and hotel deposit on their credit card?

You could, but we can help you avoid it! Simply have that person complete and sign the credit card authorization form included on each event registration site. Or contact eventregistration@mcaa.org for your event’s hotel form. Remember to bring it with you to the hotel when you check in!

My company is outside the U.S. Do I need to pay in U.S. dollars?

Yes, please! We would appreciate it.
