MSCA Virtual Sales Leadership Symposium
January 26, 28 and February 2, 4, 2021

The MSCA Sales Leadership Symposium will provide focused training for HVACR service sales leaders who are responsible for any aspect of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and/or coaching sales personnel. This revamped and interactive virtual program will be held January 26, 28 and February 2, 4 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. EST. Presented by in-the-field industry experts, the Sales Leadership Symposium will teach leaders how to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability through a structured sales approach as well as enhance sales team productivity and ensure employee retention.
