Resource Highlight: MCAA’s Contract Clauses

In their haste to sign contracts, contractors may overlook clauses that could pose significant risk to both company and personal assets. MCAA’s Contract Clauses highlights many of the most dangerous clauses to ensure that contractors are fully aware of the pitfalls they can present.
