All contractors must know how to respond to harassment allegations and how to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all employees. In this fast-paced and interactive webinar, Cohen Seglias Labor & Employment co-chair Jonathan Landesman shares advice on handling harassment issues in the workplace utilizing real-life examples. Landesman also reviews how to encourage and enforce appropriate workplace culture, establish a confidential, multichannel complaint procedure, and respond to and investigate complaints. Jon is joined by his colleague, Dan Fierstein, who is an associate in the Cohen Seglias Construction practice group.
