The conversation focused on strategies for advancing the industry, which aimed to address future challenges and opportunities. Board Members and Past Presidents openly shared key insights and action plans from their own companies, highlighting the importance of work culture, innovation, technology integration, and industry collaboration. The Board emphasized potential partnerships and resource allocations to support these objectives. Overall, the meeting was productive, setting the stage for strategic moves to drive progress and growth in alignment with the “Approaching Next” vision.
