Inaugural Mechanical Industry Future Leaders Program Equipped Future Leaders for Success

The UA & the MCAA hosted the first Future Leaders Program, in which participants were nominated by their local union and contractor to attend. The program was held May 20-25, 2024, in the UA’s Education and Conference Center at the UA Headquarters. This groundbreaking program provided extensive training focused on the skills needed to become a successful and productive leader in the mechanical industry. Congratulations to all who participated!
