MCAA Converge 2025 – A Transformative Gathering of Industry Leaders

June 25, 2025

The 4th Annual MCAA Converge left attendees energized, informed, and equipped with new strategies to take on the ever-evolving construction and manufacturing landscape. Held June 23–25 at The Lofton Minneapolis, with the iconic Target Center as the meeting backdrop, this year’s event delivered on its promise to unlock new business opportunities, enhance product knowledge, and sharpen strategic thinking.

Bringing together executives from 30 leading manufacturers/suppliers and 44 top contractors, all of them MCAA members, MCAA Converge 2025 offered a platform for high-impact engagement—including a creative twist with a Hat Bar where attendees designed their own custom hats during the reception.

This was not your average industry gathering—it was a curated experience designed to meet the specific needs of mechanical construction and service companies navigating today’s dynamic market.

Save the date for MCAA’s 2026 Converge, June 15-17, 2026 in Palm Harbor, FL. Space in this event is very limited. If you are interested in learning more, reach out to Lesley Ravas.
