MCAA Members Approve Bylaws Change

April 24, 2023

MCAA members voted in favor of the MCAA Board of Directors recommended change to the MCAA Bylaws during the Annual Business Meeting held March 30, 2023. As a result, the MCAA Bylaws have been amended to extend the previous two-year waiting period to seek re-election to the Board of Directors to four years. The amended language appears in Article VIII—Board of Directors, Section 1.
