We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team on-site at a major data center construction project.

Position Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering to gain hands-on experience in the field. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the project team in all aspects of mechanical and plumbing construction, working from our field office on-site at a high-profile data center.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager and field teams with daily operations and coordination of mechanical and plumbing scopes.
Help manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure work is performed safely, on time, and to specification.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and productivity tracking.
Review and interpret construction drawings, submittals, and specifications.
Participate in quality control, commissioning preparation, and punch list processes.
Support the documentation of RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Coordinate closely with the general contractor, owner representatives, and other trades on site.
Maintain accurate records and assist with project documentation and closeout procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in mechanical and/or plumbing systems and commercial construction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) is a plus.
Willingness to work full-time on-site at the data center location.
