We hope you’ll join us next year in sunny San Diego, CA, for MCAA27, March 7-11, 2027.
Lady A sure put on a show last night! Western boots and cowboy hats were the outfit of the evening as attendees celebrated our final night here in Phoenix. What a week it’s been, and it`s not quite over! #MCAA26
On our last night here in Phoenix, attendees had a chance to unwind on the Ballroom Lawn at the Closing Reception, sponsored by Milwaukee Tool.
Now it`s time to get ready for the Closing Dinner and Lady A in Concert! #MCAA26

New York Times best-selling author Michael Easter kept our energy levels high this morning as his vivid storytelling showed how to embrace The Power of Leaving Your Comfort Zone.
The day continued with a variety of education seminars on topics ranging from the state of AI and the data center boom to succession planning and developing a cohesive workplace.
Next up is a chance to unwind this evening with a live concert you won’t want to miss: Grammy Award-winning country group Lady A! #MCAA26

What a lucky day to be at MCAA26 in Phoenix – Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
We had a great start to our morning with the Annual Manufacturer/Supplier Council Exhibit, where attendees got a chance to network with M/S Council representatives and check out the newest products and services shaping our industry.
Students and potential employers had an opportunity to connect with each other at the “Hire Me” Job Fair. If your company is hiring, keep an eye out for students wearing a pin to indicate they’re looking for an internship or a full-time position post-graduation. The Connection Corner is an excellent place to do some informal networking! #MCAA26
Our afternoon was just as busy as our morning with a solid schedule of education seminars, lunch with AI strategist Zack Kass and some great receptions celebrating Advanced Leadership Institute graduates and Women in the Mechanical Industry.
Enjoy the evening at some of the many hosted dinners and parties both on-site and around town, but also rest up for another busy day tomorrow! #MCAA26
We started our Monday strong, as MCAA President Brian Hughes reflected on the past year and what he envisions for the future, and United Association General President Mark McManus updated us on UA intiatives.
Super Bowl MVP-winning quarterback Drew Brees was up next to chat about his storied career in the NFL, some of the great charity work he’s been involved in and more! #MCAA26
MCAA26’s Opening Party kicked off Casino Royale-style last night, with a glamorous evening of music, dancing and high-stakes fun. Hopefully attendees are well-rested for a busy first day of education seminars, general sessions and a whole lot of networking! #MCAA26
The MCAA Annual Convention can be a bit overwhelming, but between the First-Time Attendees Reception and Student Chapter Orientation, we had plenty of experienced members helping first-timers and students start the week off right.
First-timers got to mingle and meet members of MCAA’s Board of Directors, while students got to network with other chapters over a chaotic Marco Polo matching game. #MCAA26
