Congratulations to the MCAA Student Chapter Competition Merit Award teams! Each of these schools submitted a proposal that ranked 5th-10th, barely missing the Final Four. The teams will receive a $1,000 prize and a trophy at MCAA26 in Phoenix, AZ.
Thank you to the following companies for their special contributions to the competition project:

- @trimble_official (use of Trimble Estimation MEP and/or AutoBid software)

And thanks to Trimble for providing a $5,000 scholarship to one lucky first-round competition participant who has expressed interest in a career as an estimator within the mechanical contracting industry.

π What a perfect way to wrap up an incredible MSCA25!
This afternoon, we celebrated transformation in leadership as former MSCA Chair Adam Wallenstein passed the torch to incoming Chair David Geith, followed by an inspiring session with Alison Canavan on how to βLead From Within.β π‘β¨
Then we closed out the conference in true stagecoach style β dancing under the desert sky, enjoying delicious food, refreshing drinks, and unforgettable music. π΅πΆ

We started strong with the 12th Annual Sun Run & Walk, proudly sponsored by @porterpipe βοΈπββοΈπββοΈβa perfect way to energize and connect.
Afterward, attendees dove into engaging education sessions β¨ and another round of lively roundtables π¬. From inspiration to collaboration, it was a fantastic way to wrap up the conference and celebrate transformation in action! π΅π
π What a day at MSCA25!
We started our Veterans Day morning with a rousing keynote from Kris βTantoβ Paronto, followed by the exciting announcement of the 2025 Everyday Hero Award winner. π
A big thank you to ServiceTrade for sponsoring this award, and congratulations to Derrick Warner! Derrick is a service technician at McKenneyβs Inc. and founder of REACT Corporation, a nonprofit dedicated to reentry support and prison prevention through youth empowerment and community outreach. π΅β¨
The high-energy morning continued with the annual Convoy of Hope Packing Party, generously sponsored by Daikin.
In the afternoon, attendees had the chance to unwind and connect through a variety of fun activities, including the 32nd Annual Golf Tournament, proudly sponsored by ServiceTitan, as well as glass blowing, river rafting, and a wine tour. β³
From inspiration to connection to adventure, today was all about transforming ideas into action! π‘
