    MSCA is proud to partner with the EMCOR Training Center in Phoenix, AZ, to provide MSCA members with top-tier fundamental technical classes designed to strengthen their expertise in mechanical systems and provide a comprehensive overview of centrifugal pumps, including their operation, common accessories, how to read and apply pump curves in the field, and how to select the right pump for various applications.

      Sales Basecamp is where it begins for your entry-level service sales personnel. This two-day program will prepare recent hires with relevant skills for time management and to confidently sell HVACR services.

      Using proven methods, this program will develop attendee’s skills in leadership, coaching, planning, time management, communication, and motivational techniques, all of which will give the supervisor an edge and the confidence to deal with the workplace challenges of today.

      The conference, jointly hosted by the United Association (UA) and MCAA, will feature networking opportunities, and panel discussions focused on topics such as the current need for manpower, organizing, workforce development, and other topics that involve our UA/MCAA partnership.
