Being one of the most difficult processes, our panelists will guide you through the nuts and bolts of how to craft an LoP claim and the need for construction counsel to review contracts, government guidelines and current regulations. This webinar explores the project-specific LoP quantification methods and reviews which of the MCAA Factor categories are potentially applicable to the COVID-19 LoP impacts.
