The sudden increase in teleworking expands the target for bad guys to strike. This course explores social engineering attacks. These attacks include email phishing, phone scams, and text smishing. This presentation addresses the user’s online behavior to:

  • Recognize social engineering manipulative techniques that trick victims
  • Become aware of available controls and commit to implementing them
  • Provide an overview of the cybersecurity landscape within the construction industry
