2026 Safety & Health Conference

MCAA, SMACNA, TAUC have partnered together to host the Safety & Health Conference, the biggest construction safety event of the year. The conference brings together safety professionals from across the construction industry to collaborate and explore the challenges and opportunities within our field. 2024 Safety & Health Conference

MCAA’s Safety & Health Conference is one of the longest running construction safety conferences. Now in its 21st year the conference offers over 50 hours of safety training and education. This conference includes well known keynote speakers and offers networking and team building. The three-day conference is designed to give safety professionals the insight they need, from upcoming OSHA regulations and hazard research to breakthroughs in product safety and safety training.

2022 MEP Innovation Conference with NECA & SMACNA

The MEP Innovation Conference is the year’s best technology conference for MEP contractors. The event is jointly run with MCAA, NECA, SMACNA, PCA and MSCA to provide education specific to contractors from those fields. Each session is led by contractors in order to provide real world case studies of how new and innovative software, tools and technology are changing the industry.

2021 Fabrication Conference

This program focuses on cutting-edge fabrication applications and tours of MCAA member fabrication facilities. The 2021 conference will include a facility tour of Baker Group in Ankeny, IA.
