MCAA is pleased to be hosting two Field Leaders Conferences this Fall. The same conference is being presented in two different cities to welcome as many field personnel as possible. We will be in Indianapolis, IN (October 12-14) and Kansas City, MO (November 2-4). Help your field personnel become leaders and register them today!

UA & MCAA Announce Mechanical Industry Future Leaders Institute
United Association (UA) General President Mark McManus and MCAA President Robert Beck announced the creation of the Mechanical Industry Future Leaders Institute in a letter to their memberships. The new three‐day program will provide leadership education to future field leaders. The joint initiative is a key part of the UA/MCAA Strategic Planning Committee’s efforts to proactively position our industry for continued success and growth.
