As frost signified the beginning of a new season in Boston last week, we celebrated a new class of graduates from the MCAA’s Advanced Leadership Institute (ALI). Industry leaders from both the construction and service sectors came together this fall to engage in two intensive weeks of study, covering topics like conflict resolution, strategic decision-making, personal leadership style, finance, leading organizational change, effective communication, and a whole lot more. They engaged their professors and their peers to ask the hard questions, share their own experiences, and build a network of expertise that we hope they will maintain for the duration of their careers.…
