The recent influx of demolition and renovation on 40 plus year-old buildings around the country generates the need for our industry to revisit the construction health issues associated with asbestos exposure. In Part 1 of this multi-part webinar series, attorney Adele Abrams will address OSHA, EPA, and contractor liability as it relates to asbestos on jobsites. STIHL is recalling to repair certain TS 410 and TS 420 cut-off machines manufactured between January 2021 and April 2021. In some of these machines the flywheel can break apart while the engine is running, posing a projectile hazard to the users or bystanders.
