About the MCAA Website

This website is designed to be a service to members as well as to promote the organization's policies to the general public.

Throughout this site you'll find references to documents that are provided in the Adobe Acrobat PDF format. This indicates that you will need to have a copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer in order to open the document. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can get it from Adobe at no charge. It is recommended that you download the latest version if you already have this program on your computer and have not updated it in a few years, as Adobe has made many advancements and continues to release better and better products with more features. If you have a recent copy of Adobe Acrobat Professional on your computer, it is not necessary to download an additional copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

On our website, you may also find references to Adobe/Macromedia Flash movies. You will need the free Flash Player available from Adobe/Macromedia in order to view them. If you do not have it, you can get it directly from Adobe/Macromedia by clicking this icon:
