Step 3 - What Happens Now?
- Check your e-mail for a confirmation that we have received your account setup request. If you do not receive this within 5-10 minutes, please check with your IT department to make certain that the e-mail was not caught in your corporate spam filter. If it was not, please contact MCAA.
If Your Company Is a Member:
Our staff will process your password request within 24 hours Monday through Friday 9am-5pm and send you a second notification that your username and password have been escalated to "members-only" privileges. These privileges entitle you to access the information in our Members-Only area of the website, receive 50% discounts in our Online Bookstore and equally significant savings for our Education Programs. Please do not proceed with an order or online registration prior to receiving the note from our staff that the additional members-only privileges have been granted, or you will not receive the member rate for your order or for registration. These types of password requests are processed manually and it may take us some time to respond. If you believe that this may have happened to you, please contact MCAA.If Your Company Is a Non-Member:
You will not receive a second e-mail or members-only pricing or privileges. We welcome you to use the username and password that you have set up to access our Online Bookstore or Register for an Event at non-member prices.
