MSCA Effective Sales Manager Training

Many people hired into these positions have established their ability as exceptional salespersons, and were promoted based on the expectation they would be able to motivate their staffs to achieve these same levels of high performance. Proven sales ability is important for effective sales managers, but possessing the skills needed to be a great salesperson does not necessarily mean one has the skills needed to create and manage a great sales team. During this program, sales managers will learn their role within the company, how to set sales goals and develop a sales strategy, how to analyze the sales program, coaching and feedback, teamwork, motivating sales personnel and recruiting.
