This one-day program will focus on the unique task of effectively and efficiently juggling all the facets of being a service project manager - a fast-paced and demanding job. Since service managers often coordinate several projects simultaneously, this program will emphasize proper planning, superior customer relations, precise time management, and excellent relationships with subs and partners. During this seminar, the differences between a traditional new construction project and a service project will be discussed.
