Project Performance Conference

Project Performance Conference

This highly interactive conference will allow you to delve into the challenges inherent in today’s construction environment. After the introduction of a real-world project—a detention center—you will spend two and one-half days in teams planning manpower schedules, creating productivity management systems, developing a short interval plan, learning how to proactively anticipate problems and create solutions, and how to turn around a project that is headed for trouble. The case study will include LEED requirements, BIM applications, commissioning and retro-commissioning considerations. The faculty will include Tom Williams, Tim Wentz and John Koontz.
