National Education Initiative
Job Operations Seminars

MCAA, the "education association," proudly presents six unique four-hour seminars to help you run more profitable, less problem-prone projects.

Help Your Company Get Back on Track with Two New Courses!

However you characterize our nation's current economic downturn, your company needs to take essential steps to bring in new business, monitor and adjust finances to meet business and market changes, and retain key personnel to help keep office and field operations running smoothly. MCAA's National Education Initiative is offering two new four-hour courses designed to help you retool and reenergize your business. Led by Kathryn Crosby of C2 Consulting, Inc. (Salt Lake City, UT), each course takes on a challenge now faced by businesses that are struggling with the effects of the downturn. In Re-Energize Your Workforce, Crosby will explain why personnel who stay with you are your most important priority and what you can do immediately and economically to begin an "Employee Stimulus Program." Crosby can also help you sort out your business priorities during this tough time with Moving Forward When the Economy is Holding You Back. She'll teach you strategies to help you plan for the future, show you how to shore up the bridge between office and the field, search out even hard-to-find new business opportunities, control finances, and increase your company's visibility. Find out more about these excellent courses and then schedule one or both. For more information, please contact Crosby at kcrosby@c-2consulting.com or call 801-984-6092.
