Event Confirmation Policy

U.S. Dollars. - If you are registering online, a confirmation will be e-mailed to you immediately at the e-mail address provided. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact us ASAP.
- Your hotel reservation request will be forwarded to the hotel for processing and confirmation. MCAA will send you additional information and your hotel confirmation number shortly before the meeting.

MCAA Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All sales are final. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If it becomes necessary to cancel your participation in a conference, please send written notification to the MCAA Convention Department as soon as possible.
- For specific cancellation and refund dates for your event, please refer to the brochure through the above meeting links.
- Substitutions are always accepted.
