MCAA Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • If it becomes necessary to cancel your participation in a conference, please send written notification to the MCAA Convention Department as soon as possible.
  • For specific cancellation and refund dates for your event, please refer to the brochure through the above meeting links.
  • Substitutions are always accepted.
