CAREER DEVELOPMENT AT MCAA
About the Career Development Tools
The MCAA Career Development tools are a collection of documents that will help educators and students develop mechanical-electrical laboratories and curricula, as well as information on how to establish mechanical-electrical student chapters at their universities.
MCAA wishes to express its appreciation
to those who have graciously allowed us to reproduce their work
to benefit students and educators at other institutions.
Alphabetically, they are:
Prof. Kirk Alter of the Department of Building Construction Management at Purdue University;
Prof. John R. Koontz of the Department of Building Construction Management at Purdue University;
Brion Larson, Senior Construction Management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln;
Prof. Tim Wentz, P.E. of the Department of Construction Management University of Nebraska-Lincoln;
and the Mechanical-Electrical Contracting Student Chapter at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Authorship for the individual documents can be found in each PDF file under File, Document Properties. With the exception of the Bylaws and Constitution of the Student Chapter of Mechanical-Electrical Contracting, which we have provided as a template to be adapted as needed for each student chapter, no document may be changed or otherwise altered without the consent of the respective author. We also ask that anyone who would like to use the materials and ideas contained on MCAA's Career Development Resources page give proper credit to the authors in their work.
